Social Fabric Quilting Bee - Torquay

Join us for the second phase of Social Fabric quilt - a Torbay Library Commission with textile artist Allegra Galvin.

Allegra has been leading quilting workshops with library staff, volunteers and customers in Churston, Brixham, Torquay and Paignton libraries in May, while gathering stories along the way.

In this all day quilting bee Allegra returns to Torquay Library and invites you to gather together around the quilting frame. You are welcome to drop in for a quick sew, just a chat and a look to see how it's going or you can come for the day! We will be making a quilt to tell the stories of library users in the Torbay area.

NO SEWING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
