"I am currently working towards my GCSEs but enjoy doing creative writing and art as a hobby.

I also have an interest in healthcare so I wanted to raise awareness that the taboo surrounding certain topics, especially periods, is having a detrimental effect on our society's ability to improve services available to people.

Therefore, through my poster, I really wanted to celebrate periods as something we should not be ashamed or embarrassed about. 

I am really grateful that I had the wonderful opportunity to be inspired by Rudy Loewe and hope that you, too, will be inspired to create a piece of art that spreads a message you are passionate about."
