Earlier this month we opened Exeter Library's doors after-hours for an evening of creativity and new experiences and it did not disappoint!

The halls were filled with music from rap-poet and musician, Samantics and dream-pop three-piece Emily Magpie. Visitors got the chance to take part in interactive art installations from Black Dog and Sweet F.A, marvel at the audio-visual genius of Oddstep Deployment Unit and party the night away with music from our resident librarian DJs at the silent disco.

But it didn't stop there! From table tennis and video games to our very own fully stocked bar thanks to Bar Nova, there truly was something for everyone on this very special night. We are excited announce Library Lates will be back on Friday 18th November and this is your exclusive invite! Join us once again for an evening of some of the best live music, theatre, art and film surrounded by the shelves of Exeter Library.
